1、操作人员未经过培训，并且合格者不得操作本设备。

2、操作人员在操作本设备前应穿戴好劳保护品，袖口扎紧。长发需扎到工作帽内。严禁戴手套作业，严禁佩戴各种影响操作的饰品。

3、开机前认真检查设备各部位，严禁有妨碍操作的物品，工件必须固定牢固。

5、设备运转中操作人员不得离开设备，不得靠近或触摸高速旋转的主轴、皮带等部件。
