1、首先要检查中空玻璃加工设备水箱里的水充足，然后打开水泵，调整白色海绵辊上方的喷水管，保证海绵辊所有位置都能被冲洗到。然后用手将海绵辊上的杂质和脏物清洗干净，并且保证海绵辊被完全泡开泡膨胀。注意在冬天开启中空玻璃生产线时，一定不要先打开清洗传送。因为冬天两个紧邻的海绵辊会被冻在一起，在没有被浸泡开的情况下打开传送，会导致海绵辊被撕坏。
