1、打开组合钻床气源、电源、检查有无漏气现象，保证气压；调整夹紧气缸至合适位置。

2、组合钻床操作前的调整：机头进给速度可通过调整开关式进给气缸调整钮来控制，气缸行程可根据需要调节开关式进给气缸外部磁性开关来实现。

3、组合钻床操作：

The selected head is "2 groups", then choose the "manual" or "automatic" action mode. Then the unit operation button (any of the 1 groups optional) is operated for motor start stop, pressing / loosening, and working / working back. Press the "motor start stop" button to start the motor. Manually, press "press / release" button to press the profiles, press "feeding / work out" button can be drilled, and then press "work into the work / back button head returned, according to the" press / release "button, the profile can be removed automatically; when the motor start and press" stop "button, then click" pressing / release "button can complete the automatic feeding, pressing, drilling, return to loosen, series of actions.
单动状态下的操作：“工作方式”按钮打到“单动”位置，然后操作单元操作按钮。单个机头的操作步骤同联动相同，只是单个机头进行工作。

4、如遇异常情况可按“急停”按钮，电机停止，这时压紧缸不松开，如想松开，需重新启动电机，按“压紧/松开”钮.
