中空玻璃清洗机开关机的操作注意要点

1、开启总电源
1. Turn on the main power supply.
2、按玻璃厚度调整上风刀位置(干燥段四个手柄)
2. Adjust the position of the upper blade according to the thickness of the glass (four handles in the drying section).
3、在每班生产之前15分钟开动鼓风机(控制台)
3. Start the blower (console) 15 minutes before each shift.
4、检查水箱是否注满水
4, check whether the water tank is filled with water.
5、开启水泵(控制台)
5. Turn on the pump (console).
6、给海绵辊注水，使其膨胀，然后停止注水

7、设定热风温度(控制台)

8、加热器通电(控制台)

9、开动毛刷辊电机(控制台)

10、将玻璃板放在进料段限位范围内

11、开检查照明灯(控制台)

12、在出料段处检查玻璃并取走

13、每班生产结束时先关加热器，三分钟后关掉鼓风机(控制台)
13. Turn off the heater at the end of each shift and turn off the blower (console) in three minutes.
14、关照明灯(控制台)

15、关毛刷辊电机(控制台)
15. Turn off brush roller motor (console)
16、将速度调节器降至最低位置(控制台)
16. Reduce the speed regulator to the lowest position (console).
17、关传送辊电机(控制台)
17. Turn off the conveyor motor (console).
18、关水泵
18. Turn off the pump.
19、关总电源
19, turn off the total power supply.
