合好的玻璃经过预热进入辊压机,经中空玻璃设备道辊挤压后,进入恒温箱,再经第二道辊挤压,排气、封边完成此过程。出第二道辊后,夹层玻璃四周应呈现一整圈透明带将边部封好,避免高压釜内气体回流产生汽泡。其它部位可以有分布均匀的不透明部分存在。此工艺要求玻璃表面温度必须严格控制,既不可温度太高,使封边过早,内部气体无法排出;又不可温度太低,封边不完全,产生回流汽泡。
