铝型材切机下料应该注意的问题

    为了保证铝型材产品在切割过程的质量,我们在使用铝型材切割机下料时,该注意以下几点:
    In order to ensure the quality of aluminum products in the cutting process, we should pay attention to the following points when using aluminum profile cutting machine.
    1、下料夹紧时应夹在有内筋支撑的部位以保证切割角度,定位夹紧平行、准确、稳定,型材底部与定位平台之间严密无间隙;

    when the material is clamped, it should be clamped in the position of the inner reinforcement to ensure the cutting angle, and the positioning and clamping are parallel, accurate and stable, and the bottom gap between the bottom of the profile and the positioning platform is close.

    2、保证合理的切割进给速度,整个切割过程控制在8~10秒内完成为宜,回程速度可稍快;
    ensure reasonable cutting feed speed, the whole cutting process is controlled within 8~10 seconds, and the return speed can be slightly faster.
    3、保证切割锯表面清洁无异物;
    Ensure that the surface of the cutting saw is clean and free of foreign objects.
    4、每批次切割完成,应作首件检验,检查其切割长度和角度以及内角方向,以后每切断20根成品检查一次;
    For each batch of cutting, the first piece inspection shall be made, and the cutting length and angle and the direction of the inner corner shall be checked. After that, 20 pieces of finished products will be checked once every time.
    5、切割完成工件应保持切割部位清洁,不得被水、油、灰尘等污染;
    After cutting, the workpiece should be kept clean and not contaminated by water, oil and dust.
    6、型材表面应光滑,不允许有裂痕等及影响使用的杂质;
    The surface of the profile should be smooth without cracks and other impurities.
    7、及时清除定位台面上的边角废料和碎屑杂物;
    remove the corner scrap and debris debris on the positioning table in time.
    8、锯切完毕的型材,及时用空压气将型材腔内的碎屑杂物清除到废料箱中,确保型材腔体的清洁;
    After cutting the profiles, remove debris debris from the section cavity with air pressure to ensure that the cavity of the section is clean.
    9、下料后的产品构件应按每工程、规格、数量进行堆放,并分层用软质材料垫衬,避免型材表面受损,或摆放在下道工序的托架上。
    The product components after the blanking should be stacked on each project, specification and quantity, and layered with soft material padding to avoid the damage to the surface of the profile or placed on the bracket of the next process.
