铝型材切割机的保养要注意哪些事项？

1、 每日需检查铝型材切割机油杯有无润滑油，我公司使用20#的空压润滑油，应保持七分满，避免空压零件无润滑油而减少使用寿命，检查压力是否保持6-7kg的压力才能操作，压力太大或太小易使空压零件受损，本机的滤水器有自动排号水功能，如不能自动排水请自行更换滤水器装置，避免管路积水，影响机台工作
