(一)机械系统设计方法

可靠性是指系统在规定时间内,在给定条件下完成规定功能的能力。产品的可靠性需有一个定量的表述,但可靠性的定量表述具有随机件,对任何产品来讲,在其可靠工作与失效之间,都具有时间上的不确定性;因此,对于不同类型的可靠性问题,就需要不同的表述方式,常见的有可靠度、无故障率、失效率、平均无故障时间等。合理规划分配各部分的可靠性指标,可以限度地发挥各部分的设计优势,保证产品在工作品质、技术标准和安全使用等文面达到高高质。
