中空玻璃设备水汽出现怎么处理？

1、密封胶挤压不实或含有机械杂质。

中空玻璃与铝管间隔体之间用两道弹性密封胶粘结，第一道采用丁基橡胶密封，第二道采用结构硅酮胶密封。实际生产过程中，如果密封胶中存在机械杂质或涂胶过程中挤压不实，致使胶体内部存在毛细管，并在间隔层内外压差或湿度差的作用下，空气中的水分进入空气层，使中空玻璃间隔层中含水量增加。
